This is mainly due to the fact that the existing technologies for forming a double thread chain stitch, where the looper carries the bottom thread, are not able to provide a tight join of materials and high-quality stitching of various materials and their combinations using a double thread chain stitch type 401. 

Thanks to our revolutionary ZARIF double thread chain stitch technology from 2023 using a rotary looper, now most straight thread seams can be performed using our new double thread chain stitch type 401, instead of the lockstitch type 301. 

As know, lockstitch sewing machines have a lot of disadvantages, such as frequent refilling of the bottom thread, thread breakage, stitch skipping, needle breakage, needle tip deformation, frequent cleaning of hooks (shuttles) from dirt, the need to lubricate hooks (shuttles), relatively low service life and high cost of hooks (shuttles), for sewing heavy materials with thick threads, it is necessary to use a special sewing machine, it is necessary to adjust the threads tension when sewing various materials, etc.   

All of the above disadvantages are absent in our prototype most universal ZARIF double thread chain stitch sewing machine from 2023.
