Versatile Material Handling: For the first time, high-quality straight stitches can be achieved on materials up to 8 mm thick with a short needle bar stroke of 32 mm. Once the thread tension is set, no further adjustments are required.
Unmatched Reliability: The ZARIF 2025 eliminates skipped stitches, thread breakage, and needle damage (including tip deformation), provided standard conditions regarding thread quality and needle size are met.
Precision Seam Securing: Our technology is the first to allow stitch reduction down to 0.5 mm, enabling secure seam tacks through high-density stitch condensation.
Wide Needle Compatibility: By increasing the allowable gap between the looper point and the needle to 0.5 mm, operators can switch between needle sizes (from Nm 130/21 down to Nm 60/8) without readjusting the looper.
